Dalon is an attorney, practicing in the areas of estate planning, tax and business consulting. He has owned his own law firm Dalon Formalfor several years and has helped hundreds of individuals and families with their estate and business planning needs. He helps business owners develop workable and unique strategies for transferring their business to children or selling it to third parties. He helps families minimize estate taxes and other costs, while ensuring, as much as possible, his clients’ quality of life. Dalon and his staff also assist with trust funding, trust administration, corporation and LLC formation, guardianship, and probate.
Dalon has practiced in the Phoenix area since 1992, focusing on estate and tax planning, real estate, and business law matters. He has been a member of the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys, and has presented numerous seminars at corporations and community colleges on tax and estate planning, and on helping families achieve their goals. Dalon also served as contributing editor for the Arizona Journal of Taxation for four years, writing many articles on current state and local tax issues. He graduated, cum laude, from the University of Idaho College of Law, where he served as the founding editor for the Idaho Law Review’s Community Property Law journal and taught research and writing courses to other law students. Dalon is admitted to practice in Arizona state and federal courts. He has served as a coach of the Mesa High School Lacrosse team and founded a non-profit organization to provide assistance to families who have children with cancer.
